I have 3 large dogs and a long haired cat. I always had hair on my floors but my third dog alone sheds an insane amount of hair. She’s a golden retriever. My 3 year old is also a golden retriever, but does not shed near as much as my girl who is nine months. She shares more than my two other dogs and my cat put together. I currently use this just for my kitchen as I think it is probably ideal for small spaces. I have a gate that goes to the other part of my apartment so it stays in my kitchen. The reason I bought it knowing I would only be using it in this small space is because my nine month old dog also drains the entire bowl of water on my floor after she drinks. So in addition to the shedding, the floor is filthy of dirt that the dogs track in and water from her dripping all over after she drinks. This is perfect for several days a week between my weekly vacuum and mops. I’m surprised at how good the mopping part was I didn’t expect it to do well because I am used to my Shark and Roomba robot vacuums. I didn’t expect some off brand one to be any good. I wanted to include a video so I took this attached video after only the first use. I put the clean pad next to the vacuum and mop pad so that you can see the difference after one cleaning. They’re really easy to wash too! I use hot water and mopping liquid. The robot vacuum itself: really easy to clean, reasonable price, great with cleaning, quiet, doesn’t get stuck easily, easy to set up, and you can use the app to make it go any direction you want! You can drive it around like a kids toy, lol I thought that was a neat feature. Cons: at least not that I could tell, it doesn’t map a floor out like the more advanced robot vacuum, but I knew this before I purchased it. I intended to use it in just a small area and didn’t care if it went over the same spot twice.
