A very good cat feeder. The portions are smaller, so my 3 cats eat 9 servings, twice a day. The camera is a good feature, however, it would be better if it angled downward rather than straight out. It doesn't help with monitoring the food bowls when I'm away. There's no light and it doesn't 'see' in the dark; consider leaving a small light on nearby for nights away. App is only fair, but gets the job done.

We have been having some much fun talking to our cats during the day. We bought 2. I worry that some of the furbabies are not getting enough or the dog might be getting to their food.
The motion detection is amazing and we busted our dog once and she hasn't gone back.
A week long vacation was less stressful knowing we could check and make sure everyone was eating, and give extra food when dad wasn't looking, and apparently mom.
Set up was beyond simple. Took less than 5 minutes to have both up and running.
Night vision would be a nice feature for some. Ours are not up much at night. They have all been trained not to snack at night but that's our family.

It’s a waste of money and time. First of all you have to scan a QR code and I have been trying to scan this code for 2hrs+ now to no avail. What’s the point none has the time to be scanning the phone for hours. Plus even when you do finally get QR (happened only one within the 2hrs) scanned the connecting to WiFi keeps failing…Then you waste time doing it again. Wast of money and time. They could have find a simpler way. It’s very complicated process to download app and connect devices.

Feeder stopped working after 10 months of use. It was working pretty well, once in a while the food would sit in the slide and not reach the bowl.

We've tried everything over the past week to get to drop food but it does not. You can hear the timer go off and it does move internally but nothing comes out. Yes, there is food in there.
Disappointing that it only lasted 10 months, it was not cheap.

When I first got it, the feeder worked great. Love the camera, feed scheduling and motion detection features. I went on a work trip and it worked great for the few days I was gone. Then I went on a longer trip and had a pet sitter to handle the cat litter boxes. My house had WiFi issues and then feeder went offline. When the feeder goes offline it doesn’t follow the feeding schedule and the camera stops working. If it goes offline you have to reset it and set it up all over again in person. So without the sitter my cats would have been without food for days. Works nice to have a consistent timed feeding schedule and to check on your cats during the day while you’re at work but, wouldn’t trust for when you’re away for long trips because it is dependent on WiFi connectivity and has major issues that happen if it goes offline. The set up takes time to recognize and pair with your phone. Cheaper than others but may be worth looking at more expensive options. Comes with limited instructions for the app. I’m keeping it but it could use some improvements.
