    I bought a two pack. One works great. The other one doesn’t work hardly at all.
    For the one that doesn’t work well it’s a crap shoot to get it on the charger just perfect and the magnet doesn’t hold it very well. The build quality doesn’t seem very quality controlled. The connectivity is haphazard.
    The charging speed on the one that works seems good. The cord length is great. I love that it comes with the charging blocks. I also really like that the little dish part comes apart from the stand and can be used flat for my EarPod charging case. The ease of installation is great. The one that works I’m very happy with. The other one…not at all.
    I’m not sure how to return just one in a two pack. But I’m very disappointed with this purchase.
    Also, the one box was extremely damaged in the shipping. It was shipped in a package and not a box. So it got smooshed in the drivers truck apparently. The charger seemed ok but wasn’t together like the other one so it was slightly damaged. Could be the culprit.

    Update: I was able to return just the one and another one was sent to me. The new one works as the good one I have so all is well!
