I THOUGHT I purchased a genuine HP ink cartridge (because that is what I was searching for, and at first glance, the box looks like the Genuine HP Ink cartridge box), but that is not what this product is, and our HP Printer wouldn't recognize the cartridge. Thankfully, Amazon is letting us return it.

    First, it shipped later than when I needed it (and promised). Second, when I did go to use, the cartridges did not work in the HP printer. And, yes, I followed all the instructions on how to make these cartridges "compatible." And, yes, I researched extensively on all the fixes on the web (turning off printer security, powering down, re-installing, etc) and wasted too much time trying to make these work. No success. Had to return.
