This review is for: 5.29 oz Liquid Electrical Tape, Waterproof Sealing Glue with Brush Cap, Insulating Sealant for Electrical Connections, Plugs, Circuit Boards, Marine & Automotive Use (Black) It seals connections and provides basic waterproof protection. The built in brush may be fine for some people, but it does not work well for how I apply it. I usually remove the brush right away and pour the liquid into a separate applicator bottle that works better for me. That said, the name brand version is definitely better. We make waterproof electrical connections every day at work, and the quality difference is noticeable if you use this regularly. It is usable and gets the job done, it's just not my first choice. Fine as a backup or for occasional use.
