Great value smart TV, absolutely great value for money!
I recently bought this 43-inch Google HD smart TV, and it's pretty impressive! In this price range, the picture quality is top-notch, full of color and detailed, giving me the ultimate visual feast while watching my kids’ favorite shows. The built-in Google system added a lot to my experience, and streaming apps such as Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ were easy to access and had smooth and responsive interfaces.The TV also deserves praise for its speed of reaction. Whether it is to open the app or switch channels, there is almost no delay, and the operation is very smooth. What's more, the app store has a wide variety of programs, many of which are free, which allows me to enjoy my TV while saving a lot of money.The setup process was also very simple and I did it with very little effort. The interface design of the TV is intuitive and easy to understand, so that I can easily use the TV white.The after-sales service is more satisfying to me. They have their own after-sale warehouse, and once they encounter a problem, they can quickly solve it after contacting the seller. This kind of thoughtful service makes me feel more at ease when buying a TV.

    I love the operating system, simple remote, intuitive screen, and short learning curve.
    – If you have a service provider using fibre optic cable and a superbly recorded program like the Planet Earth, you'll be astonished at the picture this TV delivers (once you've dialed it in to your tastes—we prefer sports mode). You can count the facets in the jewels and the bricks in the background mansion. Colors are vibrant and intense, contrast and resolution are great (all adjustable on your remote).
    Formerly, we bought only expensive, big-name brand TVs. In the future, we'll always check out this brand first.

    This TV has a great clear picture. The format on the initial screen took me awhile to navigate. I would have given it 5 stars but the sound quality seems to be variable. Maybe it's the shows I'm watching rather than the TV itself, but it seems to need frequent adjustment. I would recommend it, good TV for the price.

    Audio sounds like the worst ancient transister radio that you have ever heard. Picture is worse than the 720P TV that I replaced. Anytime you turn it off, you get the screen in the picture. You need to pair the REMOTE CONTROL every time you turn it off and so far, other than the first day, I've never had the remote re-pair. Audio is so low that I tried to pair a remote speaker with the bluetooth and it was unusable. Bluetooth breaks up. That means no voice control I understand that it was cheap, but it should work if it is sold on Amazon.

    My friend got this TV to Replace her old Roku TV since the screen got damaged. We ordered this TV and it's pretty mediocre compared to her old one. The sound quality is a little below average. The picture quality is fine but again, her old Roku TV with the damaged screen STILL looks better than this one.
    Had an issue with the set up. It refused to connect to Wi-Fi the first 2 days we had it then suddenly it magically worked. The remote can be a bit slow at times but it works ok enough. Not really worth what they're charging in my opinion but it does function.

    I just sent the seller a message because the remote isn't working and I can't figure out which remote to buy to replace it with but otherwise this has been a great little TV. I was surprised that as I was scrolling through the product information it was listed as a frequently returned item as I haven't had any issues. I guess I've only had it maybe 3-4 months and didn't even set it up the first few weeks, and I suppose I don't really appreciate that the sound isn't all that loud, but once I moved it into a bedroom the sound seemed plenty fine. It's not really meant to be in a big room without a sound bar I guess. My brother said that's common though and even his TV that cost double this one needed a sound bar.
    We'll see if the seller responds and update the remote situation. Hard to say if it was bad or damaged by the variety of children's, pets, moving, and other life things.

    This TV isn't worth it, poor picture and poor sound, cheap remote barely works. But the worst part is trying to connect to wifi, IF and that's a big if ,it connects to wifi it won't stay that way for long. Maybe 30 minutes and the wifi goes out, and the only way to get it back is to unplug the TV. Rebooting does not work, and you will be incredibly frustrated by this TV within a week. Unfortunately I got rid of the box so I can't return it, so buyer beware!
