This headset exceeded my expectations in every way. The earpiece covers are so cushy and soft that they feel amazing even after long wear. They block just enough noise for me to stay focused on calls while still being aware of what’s going on around me. The headband is also very soft, which is a huge plus since I deal with chronic headaches and migraines—no pressure or discomfort at all. The microphone design is perfect. It’s long enough to pick up my voice clearly without being in the way, and the mute button right on the mic is super convenient. I also love that the volume and power buttons are easy to reach while wearing the headset, and they even let you answer, make, and hang up calls. It makes me feel very professional on every call. The sound quality is crystal clear, and it connected to my phone instantly with zero issues. I haven’t been able to get it to connect to my computer yet, but honestly I’m sure that’s a user issue—my old headset had to be set up by IT too. It comes with a charging base, charger cord, and a dongle for computer use if you prefer not to rely on Bluetooth. Overall, this is a fantastic headset, and I’ll be buying another one for my husband to use while he’s driving. Highly recommend!

    They have worked very well for me for work. The Bluetooth connection is stable and the USB dongle helps a lot when I want to make sure there are no cuts during video calls.

    Noise cancellation with AI really makes a difference. My colleagues no longer hear the background noise when I'm at home, and the microphone is clearly heard.     The KH122M is easy to setup and use

    The KH122M was easy to setup and use (despite the confusing instructions).
    – Just plug the Bluetooth dongle in and Windows will automatically recognize it.
    – Go into the Bluetooth paring screen, click on the “KH122M” dongle, and it should work.
    – My favorite way to select, control, adjust devices and sound is: “Right Click” the Speaker icon in the lower right corner of the Windows screen.
    – Click: “Open Volume Mixer” or “Sound Settings”. You can the select your audio input – output sources.

    TESTING
    I tested the KH122M Headset on more than one Zoom Meetings, Online Training, and to Streaming Podcast and watch YouTube.
    – The overall sound quality was excellent.
    – I prefer the KH122M Headset over my current Logi Headest.
    – I have my Bluetooth dongle on a USB Hub that has On/Off Buttons. The KH122M has worked without need to fix anything every time I have turned the power back on.

    RANGE: I am able to use this headset on my computer indoors, and the range allows me to use it anywhere in my house, or in my front of back yard. This means I can stream audio anywhere.

    HEADSET – VOLUME – MIC
    – The Volume controls are large enough to work without looking (hand have Braille dots).
    – The Boom-Mic swivels independent of the Headphone, and has a convenient Mute Button at the Headphone.
    – The USB-C power connector is at the 6 o’clock position in the Headphone.
    – The Headset has a good, easy to adjust over-the-head strap.
    – The Headset has and On/Off switch which allows privacy while not in use and conservation of power, so a longer times between re-charges.

    *-*-*-* Another reason to like this headset vs. an ear bud because I can wear it over my hearing aids, which allows me to independently enhance the audio settings/EQ through my phone app.
