The power brick is sizable; double the size (at least) of an OEM charger, BUT…
… this is a 150W charger, whereas the OEM I had was a 65W charger. That said… make room for this monster! The input plug worked great right out of the box; no issues. They did offer a 7.4x5mm adapter plug for some added notebook compatibility, which is a nice touch! Powered my HP Zbook 15-G5 This sees daily use, so will report back if the longevity doesn't hold up. For now, the value is great for a replacement adapter that you're not going to lug around too often!

    This power supply may be an overkill for an elitebook 850. However, the current price is only $32, which is a whole lot cheaper than the OEM replacement. This one is substantially more capable than the OEM power supply. I tried this power supply with the HP docking station, and without. It works either way. The charge rate is the same with or without the docking station. With 150 watts of power, I can run the laptop at maximum performance, and it will still charge rapidly. And the power supply doesn't even run warm. The connectors are all. The blue tip plug fits the laptop perfectly. I highly recommend this power supply even if you don't need 150w of power. The price is not really that much more than a 65 watt one.

    The power adapter worked great for my HP Zbook 17 G3. I tested the voltage with my Fluke Volt meter and it was within .1 volts of the original power supply. To my surprise, this one came with an adapter for my HP Zbook 17 G2 which is a large connector. So it was not advertised, but I loved it! So the Blue smaller tip is for the G3 which is advertised and the the larger converter add on connector is for the G2 that have the same voltage and watts requirements. Both of my Zbook laptops have a 4gb GPU and it kept up with the demand. Thanks and I would order again.

    Worked perfectly fine the first few charges and than randomly it didn't work, I smelt the charger brick and it smelt like burnt plastic
