While away from home, my laptop accidentally fell off table with recharging cord plugged in. Upon retrieving it, I noticed the silver plug part got bent. There was no way I would try to straighten it out and put it back in to charge the laptop for fear of that part breaking off and getting stuck in the laptop. I called my computer savvy son and asked for help. He located a new recharging cord on Amazon that would fit my laptop and sent me the link. I ordered it and received it the next day. It fit perfectly and works very well. I am pleased with the quality of the product and the rapid delivery. I also got a follow up email from the company telling me about the warranty and to let them know if I needed any help with the product. These days that is a rare thing! My laptop won’t hold a charge and I finally broke the tip of my last cord when I tried to straighten it, thinking it wasn’t charging because it was bent. This cord works to power on my laptop. Unfortunately, if it comes unplugged or dislodged the computer shuts off fairly quickly. The Chromebook still does not charge, but at least I can use it while it is plugged in. Not the fault of the cord. but a problem with the battery of the Chromebook.
